Your Christmas Gift

December 23, 2018

To our volunteers and donors, In just a few days, we will be asked over and over, “What did you get for Christmas?” For believers, a better question might be, “What did you give for Christmas?” Christmas should be a celebration of God giving His Son as His gift to the world, to be our Savior! And, He wants to continue giving this “Gift” to others. That is why I am so grateful to be a part of what the Lord is doing through CRM and for you allowing Him to work through your prayers and support. He is using all of us to make it possible for so many around the world to know about His sending His Son to be the Savior of the world. Through your giving and going in 2018, there are:

  • 4,276 people who have received the Gift of the Savior’s salvation.
  • 2,500 children who heard about God’s gift in their schools in Kenya, many of whom raised their hands indicating that they had received the Savior.
  • Over 200 pastors and church leaders in Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, and India who have been equipped to share the “Stories” of God sending His Son to be the Savior of the world with others.
  • Literally, thousands of refugees who will have the opportunity to hear about God’s gift through those trained from the refugee camps in Northern Kenya.
  • Teachers in Kenya and Zambia who have been trained to share His story in their classrooms and to use them in preparation for teaching vocabulary, math, and science lessons in their classrooms.

So, when people ask you, “What did you get for Christmas,” you can say, “I received news that God worked through me to share the Gift of His Son with thousands of people around the world.” You can direct them to to learn more about what God can do through them. Please join me in praising the Lord for giving us The Gift of the Savior. Pray that He will continue to work through those willing to share His Gift with others by giving and going in 2019. I have attached our 2019 schedule so that you will know how to pray. May our Lord bless you and your family as you celebrate the Gift of the Savior this Christmas. It is a joy serving Him with you.
